Refund and Return Policy for Noor Electronics

At Noor Electronics, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy for electronics, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@noorelectronics.co.ke. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

• Custom-configured or personalized electronics.

• Software products or licenses that have been opened or used.

• Items classified as hazardous materials, such as batteries with visible damage or leakage.

If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us before making a purchase.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned and canceled products.
